60″ Steve Frapwell Cat Landing Net

The cat net has been developed from the “Frappers” Frapwell eel net, which is very popular and selling well.

We have since introduced the big cat specialist net with 60” arms (yes 60”!) but with 30” opening. Built to our usual high standards. Supplied with stout 6’  handle.

Please note this net can be supplied with either a Standard Fine net (60GC/6S) or a Heavy Duty net (60GC/6H).

The poles and arms for these landing nets are constructed from Glass Hyperfil Composite Epoxy Resin (GHCER) which produces excellent characteristics in the material and is far superior to earlier glass fibre.

The cat version is of identical size to the eel net but much stronger arms – we think you will love this item! Will safely handle fish up to 80lb in weight, not lifted by the handle of course!

The 60″ cat net has been designed with very strong arms and a very strong spreader block assembly, along with a large net with triangular base which should be suitable for netting the largest cats encountered in the UK.

The arms are easily slid of the stainless steel pins and allow the angler to roll up the net encompassing the fish and making it easy to lift from the water.

The working principle is the same as all other Chris Brown nets.

Very strong and light construction, finished in dark green.
